UDF LOV not showing value on first click (Doc ID 2579615.1)

Bank had mapped new UDF to retail products(1401) with dynamic queries. However LOV is not shown on first click

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Open Cash deposit screen
2. Check LOV
3. LOV does not show in first time click, but it works fine if user reopens the screen and checks again
