On : 12.0.3 version, Production Support-CET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Branch Merger of 027 to Branch 106 has happened successfully. Few Customer ID and Account which are having last Maintenance with Auth Status as R(rejected by Authorizer) is failing to get modified on the new Branch 106.
The error is not shown.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Branch Merger is completed successfully so Account/Customer with Modification with Status R(rejected) should not restrict further modification on the account.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot modify the customer from front end.
