In SIDTRONL screen - checker id is not reflecting in CLOS Event (Doc ID 2580628.1)

Symptoms

ERROR
-----------------------
On closure of SI through SIDTRONL(save and authorize), system is not updating checker id and checker date stamp. System leaves checker id and checker date stamp as NULL.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a SI contract from SIDTRONL
2. Close the contract and check for auth id and auth timestamp.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact: Due to this issue, although SI is closed and authorized- the checker id and checker date stamp are showing as NULL.
