Symptoms

On : 11.0 version, Production Support-SET

When attempting to perform the modification on the account ,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
ST-SAV-008 - Failed to Modify the Record.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Take an active account.
2. Unlock and Modify the account data.
3. Save and authorize

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot perform the modification on the account.
