ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

During Customer Creation using function ID STDCIF it is failing with Error Code SYSERROR(System Error has occurred Please contract System Administrator)
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Customer Creation to be successful when Creating using function Id STDCIF
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Application
2. For Customer Creation go to Customer Maintenance Screen(STDCIF)
3. All details Related to the Customer to be inputted
4. Click on Save.
5. On Save the Customer Account failed to Create while trying to Create Liability Details for the Customer.
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot Create new Customer on the Application.
