PMDSORNW - 'Source Network Preference Detailed' screen, Network Code LOV not showing values.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

PMDSORNW - 'Source Network Preference Detailed' screen, Network Code LOV should list the values.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Invoke 'Source Network Preference Detailed' screen using PMDSORNW function id.
2. Click on 'New' operation.
3. Click on Network Code LOV.
4. Network code Values should be listed in LOV.
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users are not able to create .'Source Network Preference' maintenance for specific Network Code.
