Symptoms

On : 14.2.0.0.0 version, Production Support-SET

When attempting to changing expiry date with beneficiary confirmation require check box not checked in guarantee amendment screen.
the following error occurs 'Claim Expiry Date cannot be less than Guarantee Expiry Date'.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
-Create new BG contract in LCDGUONL screen. Save and Authorize.
-Navigate to amendment screen LCDGUAMD, pick created BG contract.
-Change Expiry date, uncheck ben_conf_required check box and save the contract.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot change expiry date without checking beneficiary confirmation require check box.
