Multiple reassignments on an FX contract fails

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform multiple reassignment on an FX contract
2. Check if reassignment is successful to correct User

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot reassign FX contracts due to which the contracts are pending to be processed further, this may be pending as unauthorized impacting End of Day
