System not allowing to perform backdated disbursement earlier than the maturity date (Doc ID 2581775.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to perform CL backdated manual disbursement, following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
 "Value Date and Execution Date of disbursement should be before the Maturity Date of loan - CL-MDSBR150"


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Perform manual disbursement on CL account for which maturity date is less than execution date
2. Save the disbursement
