Securities Deal is pending as unauthorized for Reassignment event in pending view but Deal is Authorized (Doc ID 2582240.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Unauthorized entries for Reassignment event are shown as pending in pending items screen but shown as authorized on deal screen


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
If any deal records are pending as unauthorized in pending Items Screen , then same deal record should show as unauthorized when queried from SEDXDLNL screen

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Save and authorize an SE deal in  SEDXDLNL screen  
2. Unlock , amend and save again.
3. Reassign the deal to another User
3. Delete the last amendment.
4. Check if any unauthorized deal records are pending

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, EOD Cannot be started and may lead to abort due to authorized event record
