Account activity statement is getting generated based on value date instead of transaction date.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Account activity statement should be generated based on transaction date.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into OBDX (Oracle Banking Digital Experience) application.
2. Go to Accounts -> Current and Savings -> View Statement
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Transaction date and Value date can differ in some cases. So when transactions are fetched based on value date the displayed records can be confusing for customers.
