Symptoms

When trying modify the CIF system is throwing the error: LS-DD-012- CIF Status Since cannot be less than Application Date 


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Query the customer in STDCIF to be modified.
2. Unlock and modify the customer.
