Unable to add new custid to a user having more than 1000 custid & throws 'invalid user' type on custid mapping screen

Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Bank is unable to modify user which is already mapped with more than 1000 custids. On user management>custid mapping screen error: ‘Invalid User Type’ is displayed on selecting new custid & click of map.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User should be able to be mapped with N no of custid without any error.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login via Admin user
2. Click on update user tab
3. Enter userid and search for whom custid is to be mapped( This userid should be already mapped with at least 1000 custid as this issue is occurring for user mapped more than 1000 custid)
4. Now try to map new custid and confirm

Due to this issue, users cannot be mapped with more than 1000 custids.
