Symptoms
When attempting to open Country code LOV, the following error occurs.

Error 500--Internal Server Error
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Create a FT contract.
2. Save and Authorize the FT contract.
3. Unlock the FT contract then go to parties tab. Go to Ultimate Beneficiary tab.
4. Click on the Country code LOV.
