When attempting to do disbursement through banker's cheque, trn_ref_no (of the RT transaction) is not being sent to RP layer, so RP rules are not considered for below scenario.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. CLDMNDSB - Initiate CL disbursement through banker's cheque with RP enabled.
2. Verify if the RP rules are considered post disbursement.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact: Due to this issue, the relationship pricing is not considered while CL disbursement through banker's cheque.
