Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
OBDx application becomes unresponsive when user tries to download account statement in pdf format. Stuck threads are observed on application server and application server goes in warning state.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Application should not hang.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. User tries to download the pdf statement.
2. Application takes time to download as the number of transactions are more.
3. Same time if other users tries to download the statement , it gets stuck

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot download statement.
