ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

OBDx Application Server response slows down when host alerts are being processed
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Server should not slow down or hang when host alerts are being processed
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Keep the current DIGX pool size at 50.
2. Upload a bulk file of say 3000 records. On processing of same, FCUBS will send debit/credit alerts.
3. Once host alerts start getting processed, the connection count gradually increases till 50.
5. The server also goes into warning state and is extremely slow.
