Create A New Memo Instruction in CSDINSTR screen After Having Closed A Memo On The Same customer Account (Doc ID 2583374.1)

Symptoms


Case 1: User created customer in STDCIF and Memo Instruction in CSDINSTR which attached with customer. Now closed the memo and create new memo instruction and attach to the same customer. Now click on F6 button on field Customer / Account no and system is thrown an error.

Case 2: When Memo is saved with customer No before authorized when pressed on F6 in field Customer / Account no system will raised error like "At least one of instruction maintained for the customer is unauthorized".

Case 3: In Instructions Maintenance (CSDINSTR) click new button. 2. Select Customer / Account No field select as Customer and select Customer No from List of Values(LOV). If Customer is first time maintaining MEMO then click on F6 over customer/Account No field, during this time system will raised error like "There is no instruction mapped to the customer".
