ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
GEDFACLT: User was not able to close the facility although linked contract Liquidated -GEDFACLT_51 - "ACTIVE UTILIZATION EXIST AGAINST THE FACILITY, FACILITY CANNOT BE CLOSED".
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User should be able to close if there are no active utilization exists.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a backdated loan with bullet schedule for backdated maturity date.
2. On authorization, verify if the utilization in GETB_UTILS has a util_stat of L.
