ACTUAL BEHAVIOUR
---------------
Authorizer able to access and authorise the transactions for which he has restrictions.
Bank has provided users with department wise access to account class and products and internally each department has maker and checkers.
Requirement is checker of one department should not be able to access and authorise the transactions or maintenances on other department products and account classes.
User is able to authorize even though he has restrictions on account class or products.
