On : 14.2.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support
When attempting to create a new loan account through CLDACCNT,
the following error occurs.

CL-RML-13 - Failed while processing Collateral/Collateral Pool
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to screen CLDACCNT.
2. Fill all loan details along with new Collateral in linkage tab.
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create new loan account.
