When Downloading pdf from View Statement Transaction, Application Shows Error "Failed to load PDF document" (Doc ID 2584631.1)

When attempting to download pdf files, the following error occurs.

Failed to load PDF document

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as Retail user
2. Go to Accounts -> Current and Savings -> View Statement
3. Select account no-> View statement
4. Download pdf file
5. Error: Failed to load PDF document
6. Log in as Corporate user
7. Go to Accounts -> Current and Savings -> Overview
8. Select account no under accounts summary
9. Download pdf file
10. Error: Failed to load PDF document
