Symptoms

On FCIS: 12.4.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR:
Remove the transfer transaction date and keep the cutoff time more than cutoff time maintained at the fund level for transfer transaction. While enriching the transaction, system is not moving the transaction date to the next working date.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:
The cutoff time at transfer transaction is more than cutoff time set at fund level, then system should move the date to the next working date during enrich button is clicked even though the transaction date is removed before enrich.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to UTDTXN05.
2. Provide all the details except transaction date and keep transaction date as null.
3. Provide the order received time as greater than the cutoff maintained at fund level.
4. Enrich the transaction.
5. Transaction date should get defaulted to the next day, but Transaction date is getting defaulted to current date.
