ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

View Current Exchange Rate option is not present on payment transactions screen for Corporate users.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
View Current Exchange Rate option should be present for corporate users

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as Corporate user maker
2. Go to payments >> Internal transfer
3. Issue: View Current Exchange Rate option is not present on transaction screen.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, corporate users cannot see View Current Exchange Rate
