Symptoms

On : 11.0 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The transaction date is 16-Aug-2019 and value date is 10-Aug-2019.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
As per the details bank is expecting the transaction date also should be on 10-Aug-2019.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run the EOD.
2. Perform the ATM transaction.
3. Verify the transaction date and value dates.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, the transaction date and value dates are appeared differently.
