Issue While Authorizing Final Payment For Loans (Doc ID 2585077.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.0.1 version, Production Support-SET

When attempting to make final loan repayment and liquidating the loan account the following error occurs.

<CL-PROV01  failed in bulk inserting into cltbs_account_schedules >


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Make final payment for loan account
2. Liquidate the loan account.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
Customer repays the loan amount and user is unable to liquidate the loan account  in system will have business impact as delayed operation leads to penalty and interest charges on loan account
