When Secondary Account Holder Of a Term Deposit Tries To Edit Maturity Instruction. Core Banking Rejects The Request With Error Code ST-CIF-201 (Doc ID 2585115.1)

Symptoms

When secondary holder of a Term Deposit account tries to to edit maturity instruction,
following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Error Code : ST-CIF-201
Error Description : Transactions Happened for the account So Customer cannot be modified


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as Retail user
2. Go to toggle menu ->accounts -> Term deposits -> Edit maturity Instruction
3. select TD account
4. select Renew Principal and Pay Out the Interest as Maturity Instruction
5. pay to own account -> confirm
6. Issue : Transactions Happened for the account So Customer cannot be modified
7. Expected : Error message should be proper

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, secondary account holders cannot edit maturity instruction of Term Deposit.
