When User Tries to Initiate Payment, Application Shows Error "Invalid Remarks" (Doc ID 2585118.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to transfer money to existing payee with more than 60 characters in remarks field,
the following error occurs. Remarks entered is within allowed limit on screen.

ERROR

 Invalid remarks.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as Retail
2. Go to transfer money to existing payee
3. Enter more than 60 characters in remarks field.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot transfer money to existing payee.
