FCIS:Applicable Account Type Not Saving In Fund Rule (Doc ID 2585145.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.4.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

On adding Applicable Account Type in fund maintenance the record will not saved with the following error

error ST-AMND-004 - Record Transaction Type- cannot be Added to Transaction Rules




STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Take Fund for which "Applicable Account Types"(Transaction Processing Rule under Transaction Rules Tab) is not maintained.
1. Amend Fund for latest rule to add valid Applicable Account Types for the that Fund and Any specific Transaction Type-- System throws error ST-AMND-004 (Record Transaction Type- cannot be Added to Transaction Rules)
2. Amend Fund for new rule effective date and add valid Applicable Account Types for the that Fund and Any specific Transaction Type and save record. Post Save verify the Applicable Account Type added, record vanishes.
3. Amend Fund for new rule effective date and add valid Applicable Account Types for the that Fund and more than 1 Transaction Type(TPR) and save record. on save system throws error Duplicate Node

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot add applicable account types while amending an existing fund.
