On : 11.5 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
FCC screens are getting hang and also after logging into Flexcube, FCC screens are getting blank due to connection time out

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
FCC screens should not hang and should work fine.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into the Flexcube.
2. FCC screens are hanged

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, FCC screens are getting hanged and user not able to perform any operations
