ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
While creating Payment Collection contract if wrong User Defined Field is sent, error message received is too generic for user to understand what was wrong with the request.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Bank expects more descriptive error message.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Web Service : FCUBSExtPCService
2. Operation : Create PC Contract
3. In case of wrong UDF sent, following error message is received.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot understand what was wrong with the request.Hence, not able to proceed with the Payment Collection contract creation.
