Symptoms

When user attempts to search in audit log, the following error occurs. This issue was reported after applying Patch Set 18.2.0.7.0

ERROR
-----------------------
1. System cannot process the request currently. Please try later
2. Persistence exception occurred

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as admin
2. Go to audit log
3. Click on search
