Transaction Mapping In User Account Access Does Not Show File Upload And Payments Transactions Mapped To The Account (Doc ID 2585279.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
User Account Access - Mapped transactions to account are not showing under transaction mapping.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
File upload and payments transactions which are mapped to account should visible under transaction mapping to that account.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as admin
2. Go to Account access -> Party account access
3. Enter Party ID -> Search
4. Go to Own Account Mapping Summary
5. Click on current & savings
6. Case 1: Map File upload transactions to account
7. Go to user account access
8. Go to Own Account Mapping Summary
9. Click on current & savings
10. Issue 1: File upload transactions are not showing under transaction mapping to that account
11. Case 2 : Map payment transactions to account
12. Go to user account access
13. Go to Own Account Mapping Summary
14. Click on current & savings
15. Issue 2: Payment transactions are not showing under transaction mapping to that account

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot map transactions in user account access.
