Issue during BC liquidation with the error BC-00266

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Book a Usance Bill for 30 days
2. Save and Authorize
3. Run EOD for few days
4. Do a partial liquidation with Cr and Dr value date as 4 [for e.g.] day back dated
5. Save and Authorize
6. Again Do a partial liquidation on same day with Cr and Dr value date as 3 [for e.g.] day back dated
7. Save and tried to Authorize.
