On : 12.1.0 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Funds No longer Available for Dividend Process

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Funds should be available for dividend processing

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Declare monthly dividend for a month
2. Don't process the dividend for 3 months
3. After three months process the dividend for first month-- dividend being processed successfully
4.Try to process dividend for next 2 months

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot process dividend for last 2 months
