On : 12.4.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support
During loan account booking when the customer selects below rule and click on ‘SCORE’ button available under ‘Credit Score’ tab, getting error as ‘Failed to Process the Request’

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to CLDACCNT screen.
2. Click on the credit score button

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, dynamic packages are becoming invalid thus user not able to check the credit score.
