Symptoms

On : 11.0 version,

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
System is not liquidating the interest and not performing ROLLOVER for many TD accounts

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should do liquidation of interest on specified liquidation date and cycle and ROLLOVER the account on maturity date, if close on maturity is not selected.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, bank customers are not receiving the interest on time and accounts are not ROLLED OVER.
