On : 12.3 version, Production Support-SET

The FCUBS screen GLDCHACC gives error GL-0141(!Error Message Not Found For The Error Code GL-0141 Please Maintain The Same ) while creating new GL account.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to FCUBS and open the screen GLDCHACC
2. Click New and Input details on the screen
3. Click Save button

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot open new GL account.
