Symptoms

On : 12.3 version, Implementation Support

When attempting to creating exposure details,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
SYSERROR - System error occurred. Contact system administrator for assistance

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create New record in GEDTREXP
2. Input exposure type, name and utilization type of already maintained track exposure record.
3. Click on Save.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot be able to understand with error message that record is already exists.
