Significance of using legal entity hierarchy "Regulatory Legal Entity Indicator (HBL0267)" in below rules which includes "Financial Party Indicator (HBL0266)" and "Regulatory Legal Entity Indicator (HBL0267)", as legal entity hierarchies indicates that only Legal entities (subsidiaries) are processed, excluding joint ventures or entities where bank stores more than 20% as listed in the Guidelines by RBI.
