BCI Instrument Number Not Read Properly (Doc ID 2586870.1)

Goal

On : 12.3 version, Implementation Support


The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1: In ISDINSMS screen, issued record check book number 099990 with 10 leaves.

2: Checks number should start with 099990 and continue with 099992, 099993,
etc.
3: In ISSINSDT screen , search for the check book number, check numbers
start with 99990 and ¿0¿ removed from left.
4: Try to book a transaction with one of the BC, and input the INSTRUMENT
NUMBER 099990
5: on PICKUP receive the error:¿ Instrument Number is not valid¿ with error
code ¿DD-ERR11¿.
