ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

In MT700, Field 43P and 43T are not shown when the specify condition is not allow for Partial Shipment and Trans Shipment

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
If in the fields Partial shipment details & Trans shipment details value is given as NOT ALLOWED, tag 43P & 43T should get generated with the value as "NOT ALLOWED"

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Open LCDTRONL
2. Create a LC contract with customer and in the Shipment tab make Partial Shipment and Tran shipment as not allowed
3. Save and Authorize the contract
4. After Authorization of contract check if the message gets generated
