On : 11.7.0.0.0 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
MT700 field 50, 59 and 57 having more than allowed characters, no information/override thrown

when the user enters more than allowed characters in fields related to field 50, 59 and 57, system automatically truncates last characters that too without any information to user.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

System should throw information/override

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Generatae MT700 message with fields 50, 59 and 57 having more number of characters than that is allowed
2. Check the generated message in which system automatically truncates last characters.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, when MT700 fields 50, 59 and 57 are having more than allowed characters, no information/override thrown
