On : 12.0.1 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

A user who is not authorized to post on a particular GL can post transactions on that GL through CL payments.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The GLs restriction maintained at user level should have the same impact on CL screens.

STEPS
-----------------------
Perform CL payment involving a GL which is restricted to the User who is recovering payment.
 
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
A user who is not authorized to post on a particular GL can post transactions on that GL through CL payments. This fails the purpose of user level GL restriction.
