Bank need to disable the files.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In OBPM Batch Log, batch process creating multiple files
2. After applying PS 14.3.0.0.1
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users unable to delete the old file, because application is still holding the file open.
