Merchant Settlement Status is Wrong (Doc ID 2589084.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR  
---------------
Merchant Settlement status is wrong. Status gets updated as "Failed" for the successfully posted transactions

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Status should be updated as "S" for the successful posted transaction

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Ensure that there are multiple records available in table swtbs_mer_settlement with status null
2. One record should be such that it throws dormant account error
3. Run SWMERSET batch from Intraday batch(BABIDBAT) screen
4. Validate after getting the dormant account error, the other records are posted with success status in swtbs_mer_settlement table, if the accounting entries are passed.
