Symptoms

On : 12.3 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
RP - OBDX transaction failed due to error RP-BATCH-07

UAT1 - (Patchsets up to 12.3.0.5.8)
UAT2 - (Patchsets up to 12.3.0.8.6)

User has maintained Relationship pricing scheme IMM_SCHEME in both Environments UAT1 and UAT2 with benefits on FT and PC modules, for transactions performed through OBDX.

Tests were performed in both environments for same customer.

In UAT1 transactions were successfully performed and RP benefits correctly applied, whereas in UAT2 transaction failed with the error RP-BATCH-07.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

In UAT2 Environment as well, Transactions should be performed successfully without any errors and RP benefits should be correctly applied.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Maintain Relationship pricing scheme IMM_SCHEME on FT and PC.
2. performed transaction from OBDX.
3. Transaction failed with the error RP-BATCH-07

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot proceed with testing for RP benefits.
