Symptoms

On FCIS : 12.4.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When Server Time zone is different from Module time zone then the audit field date value of Branch_Date and checker_dt_stamp are incorrectly populated with Data Base Server Time Zone  in MSTB_DLY_MSG_IN table.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When Server Time zone is different then Module time zone then the audit field date value of Branch_Date and checker_dt_stamp should get populated with Module Timezone Time in MSTB_DLY_MSG_IN table.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Maintain Server Time Zone as Hong Kong Time zone
2.Maintain Time Zone say UKT in FCIS application.
3.Map the Time-Zone UKT for both FMG and AGY module.
4.Capture a SWIFT Transaction setr.010.001.04 SubscriptionOrderV04.
5.Post Capturing of Transaction it is found that Maker_Dt_Stamp and MsgUploadDateTime is updated as Module-Time in mstb_dly_msg_in (correct).
6. Whereas Branch_Date and checker_dt_stamp is update as server time, however it should be saved with correct Module-Time.
