On : 12.3 version, Implementation Support
ERROR
------------------------
For the transaction which is created from Flexswitch, when it is reversed the external_reference_no is going as NULL in actb_daily_log

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Transaction needs to be created from flexswitch.
2. Reverse the transaction, and check the external ref field in actb_daily_log table.
