Symptoms

When user attempting to maintain KYC details for a customer, the following error occurs.

Failed to Process the Request, Err_Code : ST-SAVE-028


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1. Go to Application with valid credentials
2. Navigate to STDKYCMN Screen and Click on New button
